Mathilda is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in business development, known for her enthusiasm and proactive approach to challenges. Her career has spanned multinational organizations, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of organizational complexity and best practices.

 

In her previous role as Regional Manager at the United Nations Global Compact, Mathilda was instrumental in supporting local networks' operational development, managing digital optimization projects, and expanding a youth-based innovation platform to 16 countries. As a senior consultant at VELUX, she played a key role in regionalizing the company's global sustainability strategy and enhancing the reverse supply chain for end-of-life products.

 

Mathilda is also the founder of Align’d, a company dedicated to combating burnout culture through creative workshop designs. Align’d helps teams refine their ways of working and unify around key decisions, both in physical and virtual environments. Mathilda's unique facilitation approach creates memorable and dynamic experiences that drive collective change.

 

She holds an MSc in Management of Innovation and Business Development, with a research focus on how incentive design can drive sustainable performance improvements.
